Based on the quantity and angle of interaction with Sun would be:
Shukla Paksha:
Prathama, Dwitiya, Tritiya ---less inauspicious (Moon is emerging)
Chaturthi,---- most inauspicious (semi-square to Sun)
Panchami, Shashti, Sapthami ----less auspicious.
Ashtami, Navami---- most inauspicious (square to Sun)
Dasami, Ekadasi, Dwadasi ------ auspicious,
Triyodasi, Chathurdasi, Poomima, ----- most auspicious.
Krishna Paksha:
Pratipada, Dwitiya, Tritiya -----most auspicious (Moon still large)
Chaturthi ----- most inauspicious (waning and semi-square)
Panchami, Sashti, Sapthami ------ auspicious
Ashtami, Navami ------- most inauspicious (waning and square)
Dasami, Ekadasi, Dwadasi ----- less auspicious
Triyodasi, Chathurdasi, Amavasya ----- inauspicious.
Special classification of Tithis
Nanda Tithis are Positive in Krishna Paksha
Bhadra Tithi are Positive in Both Pakshas
JayaTithi are Positive in both Pakshas
Rikta Tithi are Negative in both Pakshas
Poorna Tithi are Positive in SuklaPaksha
Amavasya is a negative Tithi,
Seven Vara and rahu are given rulership of Tithis in a systemic order
Sun --1 and 9
Moon -- 2 and 10
Mars -- 3 and 11
Mercury -- 4 and 12
Jupiter -- 5 and 13
Venus -- 6 and 14
Saturn -- 7 and 15
Rahu -- 8 and 0
( afflicted mars in kundali can be pacified with fasting on ekadashi tithi. Ill effects of Rahu can be overcome by fasting on ashtami Tithi. Fasting on Full Moon removes negative effects of Saturn.)
